Doxford International Business Park  and Rainton Bridge Business Park

Goodman UK have recently awarded Grace Landscapes the contracts for grounds maintenance at Doxford International Business Park and Rainton Bridge Business Park, both close to the A19 in Sunderland. The contracts commence on January 1st 2010 and will employ up to five staff to be permanently based on the sites. The award of this contract continues a successful relationship with Goodman UK who have employed Grace Landscapes on their contracts at Leeds Valley Park, Manchester Business Park and Manchester Central Park for a number of years.

Doxford International Business Park is a 50 hectare park on which some 8,000 people are employed by companies such as Barclays, T-Mobile and Nike. Rainton Bridge Business Park is a 22 hectare site which houses small high growth companies through to corporate giants such as NPower who are relocating to the park in early 2010.

Grace Landscapes will continue in it’s tradition of offering a high standard of grounds maintenance carried out to a high specification with a brief to continue to improve all landscaped areas on site and we look forward to showcasing our services on these high profile sites.
