Grace Landscapes entered Leeds Valley Park in Leeds for a BALI award in the Grounds Maintenance of Business and Private Grounds category, and after judging took place at the end of July we were presented with our award at the awards ceremony on Friday 3rd December at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.

Leeds Valley Park is a high quality Business Park on a 50 acre site situated on the south-east side of Leeds, was developed and landscaped by Grace Landscapes to the design details provided by architects Aukett Limited in keeping with the planning brief to incorporate native tree and shrub, structure planting and native hedgerows throughout.  The Business Park is occupied by high profile companies including Arla Foods, Ventura, BAE Systems and ING.

The site is managed by Goodman UK Limited with whom Grace Landscapes Limited work in close partnership to ensure the site is maintained in accordance with Goodman’s performance specification and to meet the company brand of landscaping. This is reflected in the various landscape upgrades which have been carried out on site, designed by Grace Landscapes. The team of Eddie Woodman, Adrian Williams and Jason Barker are responsible for keeping the site looking at its best and a big thank you is deserved for all their hard work.
