Grace Landscapes’ commitment to the environment has been recognised at the 2011 Kirklees Green Business of the Year Awards. We were presented with a 1st place award for our outstanding work in promoting sustainable practices in the workplace.   The entries were judged in 9 categories with Grace Landscapes standing out in the transport and water sections with particular commendation for collecting and recycling of grey water from the building roofs for watering schemes and stock.

The award means it has been a good year for Grace Landscapes environmentally as earlier in the year we were successful in achieving the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard.
